Toyokogyo Co., Ltd. is developing its business based on two pillars: the Facility Management Division and the Eco Division. In the Facility Management Division, we engage in activities aimed at sustainably enhancing asset value, focusing on daily, regular, and special cleaning, environmental measurement, water tank cleaning, IPM pest control, air conditioning equipment management, and building renovations. We also propose carbon offset and ESCO projects in conjunction with these services. As for the Eco Division, we operate as a manufacturer, engaging in ODM manufacturing and sales of coatings and other products for both domestic and international markets. Additionally, we provide educational support through technical education certification programs and technical support initiatives via a community of engineers.
