• Processing Contract

For prototypes of washers and spot cases, wire cutting processing is used. For small lots, simple mold production and press processing are available. Quantities range from 1 to a maximum of 100,000 pieces (repeat orders are possible). Available materials include stainless steel (SUS304, SUS301), brass (C2680, C2801), phosphor bronze (C5210, C5191), copper (C1100, C1020), aluminum (C5210, C1050), permalloy, SECC, etc., depending on thickness.

18-karat jewelry parts These are parts made through mold production and press processing. We accept the materials and deliver the processed products. Moreover, since they are 18-karat, managing scrap is also an important task.
