We have reviewed and streamlined the entire mold production process by replacing the final finishing process with as much machining as possible and effectively utilizing the skills of mold craftsmen. The digitized design data is utilized for confirming work processes on the manufacturing floor and for automatic processing into NC data, achieving short delivery times and high quality through the practical application of a system that combines extensive expandability and flexibility.
