Tōmei Giken develops, manufactures, and sells laser interferometer systems under its own brand, Akion. The lineup includes the 4-inch laser interferometer "AK-100ZF," the 6-inch laser interferometer "AK-150ZF," and the 1.5-inch laser interferometer "AK-40ZF." Our company can provide the design and production of standard holographic elements (CGH) in a short delivery time and at a low cost. We can manufacture not only aspherical surfaces but also special surfaces such as cylindrical and toroidal surfaces, or as spherical reference lenses (TS). Currently, we are limited to aspheres with a maximum diffraction angle of about 14°, corresponding to NA 0.24 (F/N 2.0). Tomei Giken provides high-precision reference lenses with λ/20 accuracy compatible with our laser interferometer "Akion" and various other laser interferometers, available in 4-inch (Φ100mm) and Φ60 measurement diameters. The radius of curvature ranges from approximately -4,000 (concave) to approximately +5,000 (convex), allowing for the evaluation of surface accuracy for a wide range of curvature radii and diameters of the lenses being measured.
