The "NEO-PERCLER" is a PVA recovery device that can selectively recover PVA, the main cause of COD in wastewater, and can almost completely remove it. "SANJET" is a gas fluff burning machine that can be used on various types of fabrics, including natural fibers such as cotton and synthetic fibers. It can utilize various heat sources such as natural gas, city gas, LPG, and butane gas, and the complete combustion flame uniformly and thoroughly removes fluff. Additionally, when the machine is stopped, the automatic burner reversal function prevents fabric damage. 【Features】 ■ The powerful high-temperature flame shortens the fluff burning time for processed fabrics. ■ It accommodates a wide range from low to high combustion. ■ Improvements to the burner body stabilize the flame in the width direction, allowing for uniform fluff burning. ■ In addition to nozzle improvements, the automation of air and gas ratio settings reduces gas consumption by approximately 7% compared to conventional methods. ■ Automation through a touch panel increases reproducibility regardless of the operator's experience. ■ It can accommodate various gas sources such as natural gas, city gas, LPG, and butane gas. ■ The separate combustion box has achieved a more compact design for the fluff burning chamber itself.

The hybrid cleaning machine (vibro washing machine) utilizes a special three-layer structure (patented) that performs intense vibrations and suction while keeping the liquid in the tank gentle. Its effect generates efficient and powerful cleaning (immersion) for the substrate. Additionally, when combined with microbubbles, it promotes the aggregation of dispersed contaminants and their separation, and the vibrations mechanically break the microbubbles, further enhancing the cleaning effect. The substrates we can handle include various materials such as films, metal foils, textile fabrics, and non-woven fabrics (paper). We offer a wide range of solutions, from standalone winding (unwinding) devices to those that include splicing, dancers, accumulators, feeds, and complete line setups.
