The hybrid cleaning machine (vibro washing machine) utilizes a special three-layer structure (patented) that performs intense vibrations and suction while keeping the liquid in the tank gentle. Its effect generates efficient and powerful cleaning (immersion) for the substrate. Additionally, when combined with microbubbles, it promotes the aggregation of dispersed contaminants and their separation, and the vibrations mechanically break the microbubbles, further enhancing the cleaning effect. ■ Belt-type Drying and Heat Treatment Machine By placing the substrate on a belt and using the belt to transport the substrate, heat treatment (drying) can be performed at low tension. It can accommodate a wide range of configurations, including bottom belts, upper and lower belt sandwiching, and suction combinations. Our testing machines allow for adjustable nozzle positions, enabling tests in desired arrangements such as opposing upper and lower nozzles or staggered upper and lower nozzles. ■ Floating-type Dryer Drying can be achieved without contact between the substrate and rolls, thanks to the airflow from the blower. This helps prevent unevenness on the coating surface. Options for vertical or horizontal configurations are available, and we can make proposals based on pass line and installation location constraints. ■ Heated Roll Dryer By transporting the substrate with heated rolls, drying and heat treatment of the substrate can be achieved. This device can quickly and accurately connect the old substrate to the new substrate. The splice operation, which took about 7 seconds with conventional devices (butt joint), can be shortened to as little as 0.5 seconds with this device. As a result, the downtime during the splice operation is reduced, allowing for an accumulator-less splice using only the dancer roll. "SANJET" is a gas fluff burning machine that can be used on various types of fabrics, including natural fibers such as cotton and synthetic fibers. It can utilize various heat sources such as natural gas, city gas, LPG, and butane gas, and the complete combustion flame uniformly and thoroughly removes fluff. The "NEO-PERCLER" is a PVA recovery device that can selectively recover PVA, the main cause of COD in wastewater, and can almost completely remove it. This is a two-axis fixed-type unwinding (winding) device equipped with an auto splice function. While the two-axis turret type requires space for rotation, the two-axis fixed type can operate in a space-saving manner. The splicing method uses tape. The splicing methods for the unwinding device can be butt splicing or overlap splicing, and both options are available. The splicing time can be as short as 1 second, allowing for a smaller accumulator. We can propose not only new installations but also replacements for existing lines, so please consider us when contemplating converting an existing single-axis system to a two-axis system.

This is a device that performs the task of removing defects from paper (non-woven fabric) easily and with high quality. It meets the needs of reducing manual labor and ensuring seamless connections without failures. Operating Procedure: Preparation: Detect defect areas using a camera or similar device and stop the line. 1. Automatically cut the base material. 2. Manually set the defect area onto a dedicated winding device and automatically wind it. 3. Automatically cut the base material again and automatically apply adhesive to the tip of the base material using a dispenser. 4.
