This is a two-axis fixed-type unwinding (winding) device equipped with an auto splice function. While the two-axis turret type requires space for rotation, the two-axis fixed type can operate in a space-saving manner. The splicing method uses tape. The splicing methods for the unwinding device can be butt splicing or overlap splicing, and both options are available. The splicing time can be as short as 1 second, allowing for a smaller accumulator. This is a device that performs the task of removing defects from paper (non-woven fabric) easily and with high quality. Manually set the defect area onto a dedicated winding device and automatically wind it. 3.
