Our company has been involved in the manufacturing of electronic device prototypes since 1985. Currently, we are primarily engaged in the overall printed circuit board business, focusing on quick-turn prototyping and development, component procurement, assembly and manufacturing of A/W and circuit boards, mass production assembly, assembly, and repair. We solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards using hand placement and reflow. In particular, we have been mounting BGA, CSP, and LGA since 1997, accumulating a wealth of know-how and achievements.
