The "Parani-SD1000" is an adapter that allows for easy wireless connectivity simply by replacing the existing serial cable and attaching it to the serial port. By attaching it directly to the device instead of using a serial cable, wireless connections are possible with a maximum line-of-sight distance of 1000m.
