The Sonic CS+ adopts an open system, accommodating the evaluation and verification of various dental resins and research and development materials. It supports both 385nm and 405nm wavelengths, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications, including new material development, verification of light polymerization conditions, and dimensional accuracy assessment. Equipped with an internal heater and VAT heater, it stabilizes resin temperature to achieve high reproducibility. The exposure time and layer pitch, among other fabrication parameters, can be flexibly adjusted, making it suitable for condition comparison and optimization research. Additionally, it features intuitive operability, making it usable for digital dentistry education. From August 5th to 8th, I visited the Phrozen headquarters in Hsinchu, Taiwan, and participated in a 3D printer training session. The purpose of this visit was to systematically learn about new products, from understanding their overview to repair methods, and to verify the manufacturing environment, inspection processes, and the company's culture with our own eyes. During the training, we deepened our understanding of the characteristics and structures of each model and learned troubleshooting and repair procedures in a hands-on format. We primarily focused on disassembling and assembling the new dental 3D printers "Sonic CS+" and "Sonic Mighty Revo," which provided us with valuable experience to enhance our responsiveness in the field.

We will be exhibiting at the 46th Chubu Japan Dental Show held on February 18 and 19! We will have a variety of products including our long-selling polishing bars, dental 3D printers, resins, and modeling samples.
