Free membership registrationThe push-pull solenoid of our manufacture and sale, which operates in a linear motion type, is designed to achieve maximum suction power with the smallest size and weight by covering the fully retracted coil section with a high permeability metal. Furthermore, by providing an auxiliary magnetic pole on the plunger, the suction power is increased by 20-50% compared to cases without an auxiliary magnetic pole, making it highly efficient. Additionally, the push-pull solenoid can be used as a pull type by utilizing the shaft on the plunger side, or as a push type by utilizing the shaft on the mounting screw side, allowing for versatile applications with a single unit. 【Features】 - The magnetic circuit is cleverly designed, enabling small size with significant suction power. - A wide range of models is available, from compact sizes with an outer diameter of 11mm to large sizes of 87mm. - Two types of stroke characteristics can be selected from flat or conical structures. - It can be used for either push or pull operations. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe rotary type "Rotary Solenoid" manufactured and sold by Shin Denko Mechatronics is designed based on the flat structure and principle of our push-pull solenoids. As a result, it has a structure that converts linear force into rotational motion, and it operates as an actuator that rotates while undergoing slight axial movement during rotation. Three special inclined grooves called ball races are provided on the case and the armature plate, and through the bearing balls in between, when a direct current voltage is applied to the coil, the armature plate is strongly pressed against the case side by the generated suction force. This allows the armature plate to rotate instantaneously at a fixed angle while moving axially due to the function of the ball races. 【Features】 ■ It is a solenoid that directly provides rotational motion. ■ It has a simple structure and excellent durability. ■ There is a wide range of models from small to large, allowing for selection suitable for various applications. ■ Depending on the model, the rotation angles can be 25°, 35°, 45°, 67.5°, or 95° to the right or left. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
