In many industrial and scientific image processing applications, reliable and consistent color reproduction is extremely important. Issues such as missing reference areas, misaligned light sources, and non-standardized environments often pose challenges. In such cases, conventional white balance is often insufficient or practically impossible. The IDS peak SDK version 2.16, equipped with color adaptation functionality, is the optimal tool for systematic color correction that fully adapts to your environment and lighting conditions. In the live session on August 5, we will explain how to adapt the camera's color reproduction to various lighting environments using IDS peak 2.16, as well as how to perform color correction.

IDS is entering a new era of image processing with its first 3D camera based on indirect time-of-flight (iToF) technology. The powerful AF0130 sensor from onsemi takes center stage, providing accurate 3D measurement data in real-time with 1.2MP high resolution and integrated data processing. In the live session on May 27, we will showcase the latest features of the camera, how to easily perform workspace calibration, and how to generate 3D images using IDS Cockpit.
