• Contract manufacturing

Our company can handle all aspects of press parts in-house, including mold design and manufacturing, press processing, degreasing and cleaning, barrel processing, austempering, heat treatment, riveting, and tapping. Manufacturing is composed of four departments: mold design and manufacturing, precision press processing (thickness 0.05 to 2.5 mm), precision spring processing (diameter 0.05 mm to 2.0 mm), and assembly. With years of know-how, we can meet expectations for the precision of complex-shaped springs.
