A turbocharger is a type of air pump that reuses the energy from engine exhaust gases that would normally be wasted. The exhaust gases first drive the turbine wheel assembly. This part is connected to the compressor wheel. As the connected compressor wheel rotates, it is possible to send a large amount of air into the engine's combustion chamber in a compressed state. The turbo of a turbocharger spins at high speeds of about 100,000 to 250,000 RPM. What happens if the balance is off? Unbalanced tires cause vibrations and result in a very uncomfortable ride. In the case of a turbo, if it is unbalanced, not only will it fail to perform at its best, but in the worst case, it can lead to damage issues. Our company uses two types of balance testers to perform balance corrections with higher precision than new ones. Our company also supports three components of the common rail system: "high-pressure pump," "accumulator rail," and "injector."
