There are two types of calorimeters produced, both of which are used to clarify characteristics from the design and development stages of cells and batteries. To ensure that quality and safety standards meet the requirements in China, battery testing must comply with the regulations outlined in GB/T36276-2018. It can be used simultaneously or independently with (6+1) vessels or (12+2) vessels under the same temperature conditions. The tendency of segregation of fluidized powder particles due to airflow can be tested with a sample size of about 10 mL. In a fluidized bed, fine particles generally remain at the top for a long time due to the air they contain, while larger, denser particles tend to gather at the bottom, leading to segregation. After mixing with a mixer, during filling and discharging, or when transporting by air, the likelihood of segregation due to fluidization increases.
