How can you measure current and power in factories and facilities quickly and easily?

Do you think achieving equipment visualization requires complex on-site surveys and design processes? With our solution, simply installing the device makes equipment visualization possible.

Traditionally, achieving equipment visualization required allocating operating time for on-site surveys and designing enclosures for each piece of equipment. This process was time-consuming and costly, making implementation difficult and cost-reduction measures hard to achieve. To address this, Hexacore offers the Gateway BOX, a packaged solution that consolidates all necessary components into an indoor plastic enclosure for easy deployment. Simply prepare the Gateway BOX, the required number of PAL Series sensors, and bus cables, and you can start visualization immediately. Key Features - Just connect and install the Gateway BOX and PAL Series sensors - No need for complex on-site surveys or design processes - Supports up to 31 sensors - Optional features available for increasing measurement points or collecting data at higher frequency The PUSHLOG built into the Gateway BOX is a product of GUGEN Inc. Modbus compatible | Temperature and humidity sensor

Added objective data on temperature and humidity to inspection records | Achieving visualization of temperature and humidity at low cost

PAL-Temp (Hexacore Inc.) is a wired temperature and humidity sensor compatible with Modbus RTU. It can be used to detect signs of "unevenness," "localized temperature bias," and "effects during air conditioning shutdown," which are often overlooked during inspections. Its structure, which allows for easy installation on-site, such as with cable ties, enables smooth integration into existing equipment. Additionally, when combined with our Gateway BOX, it can aggregate data from multiple sensors and upload it to the cloud, allowing measurement data to be checked via the internet. (Note: Cloud checking is a feature of the Gateway BOX). [Usage Scenarios] - I want to add temperature and humidity data to the records of panel inspections. - I want to understand the impact range during air conditioning shutdowns or anomalies. - I want to install sensors as an alternative to manual inspections for recording purposes. [Benefits of Implementation] - Inspections shift from being "subjective" to utilizing "objective data." - Records make it easier to capture abnormal trends and changes. - The materials for maintenance decision-making increase.

Remote monitoring system implementation support service | Comprehensive support from investigation to construction and setup.

One-stop support from providing in-house software and sensors to installation work.

In data centers, compliance with the benchmarking system based on the Energy Conservation Act is required, and when certain criteria are met, the importance of understanding and reporting PUE at the operator level is increasing. Against this backdrop, creating an environment that allows for continuous remote monitoring and visualization of PUE is becoming increasingly important. Hexacore Inc. supports the visualization of PUE and the establishment of monitoring systems through the implementation of remote monitoring systems for data centers. From on-site surveys and proposals to sensor installation, server/software configuration, and operational checks, we provide a one-stop solution from preparation for implementation to the start of operations. Not only do we provide the system, but we also handle the installation work as a package, enabling a smooth launch while minimizing the coordination burden with multiple vendors. For data center operators facing challenges such as "I want to visualize PUE" or "I want to implement a monitoring system but would like to entrust the construction and configuration as well," we have prepared materials summarizing our support for implementation. The materials detail the scope of on-site surveys, construction, and configuration, so please feel free to download them or contact us for more information.
