The HVDC-SVU is a new trend in power supply for data centers, a direct current distribution board designed for high voltage direct current power supply systems (DC380V). 【Three Key Points】 1. This distribution board supports the new power supply system "HVDC," which reduces power consumption and switching losses. Our unique "SVU structure" simplifies the interior of the board, preventing wiring errors. Additionally, by shortening the length of the wiring, we have successfully suppressed internal voltage drops and reduced the amount of copper used, thereby improving environmental performance. 2. It can accommodate up to 84 compact plug-in circuit breakers compatible with DC 380V, maximizing the use of rack space. Even if the load equipment changes, circuit breakers can be replaced or added without stopping the operation of the entire board, allowing for continuous use of the equipment. 3. By using our product "iDC-SVS4," direct current can be measured, achieving cost reduction, improved maintainability, and environmentally conscious operations. It allows for monitoring the current of each circuit breaker, enabling rapid identification of problem areas in the event of anomalies or failures, minimizing damage and contributing to the construction of a safe data center.

The RM-PDU is a distribution board for communication equipment compatible with DC-48V. We offer not only standard models but also customized products tailored to specific facilities and applications. 【Three Key Points】 1. The enclosure is made of environmentally friendly, highly corrosion-resistant galvanized steel plate. Since post-forming plating and surface finishing inspections are unnecessary, we achieve shorter delivery times and reduced product costs. Additionally, it does not generate "whiskers," improving safety performance. Our company also employs "zero chrome treatment," which prevents the leaching of hexavalent chromium, thereby reducing environmental impact. 2. We offer one or two input systems, allowing selection based on the constructed facility. The single system type can achieve many branches with one unit, while the two-system type accommodates two independent circuits within one unit, ensuring redundancy. We also provide fuses for both the 50AF type (UP type fuse) and the 15AF type (P type fuse), covering a variety of power system configurations. 3. We can combine a total of 11 items, including various power supply methods for both DC and AC, desired circuit breaker types, upper capacities, and the number of systems. The intermediate current supply device is a DC distribution board designed for communication equipment, featuring excellent workability with a spring terminal block. It adopts a clamp-type spring terminal block that allows wiring work simply by inserting a dedicated tool into the output terminal block. Since crimping work is unnecessary, the wiring process itself can be relatively easily managed. The input and output directions can be selected according to the equipment at the installation site, contributing to flexible equipment construction. The capacitors used in this product are plug-in type, allowing for individual replacement. The remote power supply disconnection unit is a DC-48V compatible direct current distribution board for communication equipment. It allows for the monitoring of power supply activation/disconnection and the operational status of fuse posts from remote locations such as network centers, contributing to the reduction of time and costs associated with on-site responses. 【Three Key Points】 1. The target post for work can be indicated remotely via LED display, allowing precise instructions to be given to on-site workers from a distance. The LED indicator also allows for confirmation of work status, contributing to the prevention of accidental disconnections and reducing hazardous work situations.

The expansion-type DC distribution board mounted on the rectifier frame is a distribution board that can be installed on low-mounted rectifiers, which tend to have available space. 【Three Key Points】 1. Even for small-scale box buildings where securing installation space for distribution boards is difficult, you can utilize existing available space, allowing for easy implementation without the need for significant effort or labor. 2.
