Last week, we received a request for test processing from a customer who saw our test machine on YouTube. They came all the way to us for the test processing. Although the product size differs from the test machine, we were able to achieve good results in processing the R part. According to the customer, they found a similar device from an overseas manufacturer, but they contacted us because they believed that domestic manufacturers are better in terms of after-sales support and customization. It is likely that we are the only company in Japan showcasing videos of this polishing equipment online, making it a niche device. We have automated the buffing process that was previously done manually. Please refer to the video. Due to the thinness of the product and the variety of types, we struggled with the clamping method and the ease of switching between different types.
