Honda Logicom Co., Ltd. is responsible for inbound and outbound operations, packaging, and inventory management at Toyota Motor's various logistics centers. The operations at each center are directed using a computerized system, and the challenge is how to promote improvements, ensure quality, and enhance efficiency through the Toyota logistics method.
