Master glass, surpass glass.
Since its founding in 1819 (Bunsei 2), Ishizuka Glass has been delivering a variety of products made from glass, such as glass bottles and glass tableware, to everyone. Furthermore, in order to discover the unknown possibilities of glass materials, we have developed functional glass through the mastery of glass and commercialized it. On the other hand, in response to changes in societal trends, we have also expanded our business beyond glass by utilizing the functions of containers made from different materials, such as paper containers, plastic containers, and ceramics. At the core of our efforts is the commitment to continue meeting the expectations of all stakeholders, including our customers, under our corporate motto of "Integrity, Effort, and Creativity." We are deeply aware of our social responsibilities and are determined to continue etching the history passed down from our predecessors, no matter what changes we face. Moving forward, we will continue to embrace the management vision of "Mastering glass and transcending glass," flexibly responding to changes in the times, and striving for further leaps as a corporate group that can contribute to everyone.
Business Activities
[Glass Bottles] Glass bottles have a long history among various containers. Utilizing the properties of glass, they are used in all fields and add color to our lives. [Glass Tableware] Leveraging the characteristics of glass as a natural material, we provide essential items for daily life, such as tableware and interior decor. [Paper Containers] The Paper Package Company manufactures and sells various beverage paper packs, as well as providing sales and maintenance for liquid filling machines. [Plastic Containers and Caps] The Ishizuka Glass Group continues to respond to customer needs as a comprehensive container manufacturer. Currently, we manufacture and sell preforms for PET bottles, plastic containers, and caps. [Functional Materials] Based on the technology cultivated through glass bottles and glass tableware, we are developing and commercializing various new glass and functional materials with antibacterial and high-strength properties. [Research and Development / Technical Support] Research and development are indispensable for manufacturers. We continuously engage in the development of new materials and products. For many years, we have provided overseas technical support regarding glass molding technologies for bottles and tableware.
