Our company provides a comprehensive service from design to manufacturing based on customer requests. Our specialties include: 1. High precision 2. Complex shapes (integrated holder) 3. Special cutting tools with composite shapes (such as grooving + reaming). We can accommodate cutting edge materials such as high-speed steel, carbide, PCD (for aluminum processing), and PCBN (for cast iron processing). One of our development goals for PCD reamers is to achieve a diameter tolerance range of 1μ. By combining skilled craftsmanship with general-purpose equipment and the latest NC technology, we realize differentiated specification cutting tools. (We also provide a comprehensive service from design to manufacturing for high-speed steel and carbide Christmas cutters for turbine processing.)
