It is a grease for industrial motors that extends the lubrication life of bearings. By reducing stirring resistance, rolling slip resistance, and rolling viscous resistance within the motor bearings, it decreases the generated torque, leading to reduced power consumption. It is adopted in premium efficiency motors (IE3) that contribute to power consumption reduction. 【Features】 1. High-temperature long life It uses synthetic hydrocarbon oil and specially refined mineral oil with excellent heat resistance and oxidation stability as the base oil. Unlike soap-type thickeners, it employs a urea-based thickener that does not have the oxidative catalytic effect of metal components that promote the oxidation degradation of the base oil, resulting in excellent high-temperature stability. 2. Low-temperature performance By mixing synthetic hydrocarbon oil and specially refined mineral oil, it significantly improves low-temperature fluidity. 3. Low Noise By removing impurities from the main raw materials, carefully selecting additives, using base oils with appropriate viscosity, and employing special processes in a dust-free factory, it contributes to the reduction of bearing rotation noise. 2.
