Our company is engaged in the manufacturing and development of various molding machines and the production of molds. We have recently renovated our Yamaguchi office (Mine City, Yamaguchi Prefecture). Here is an introduction to the differences between vertical and horizontal injection molding machines. In vertical machines, the mold opens and closes in the vertical direction, and the installation footprint is often about half that of horizontal machines, resulting in approximately double the productivity per floor area. The "VER15-S15EV" is a compact all-electric vertical rotary injection molding machine that adopts a tie-bar-less structure, allowing for a wide variety of molding with the same machine. It achieves a small footprint and space-saving design through the use of an inline screw system, reducing the installation area by 20% compared to our previous models. The "Polishing Less Roll Injection Molding Machine" is a molding machine that mixes two-component silicone rubber and injects it into a cylindrical mold with an insert core. It was developed with the aim of manufacturing silicone rubber rollers. It is designed and manufactured to match the specifications of the user's molded products while making the most of our existing units.
