A total of seven three-dimensional figures were created, and to reproduce the red eyes that can be said to be the life of the characters in this series, LEDs were built in. Although it required significant surgery when the LEDs failed, they did not fail during the exhibition period, allowing us to successfully complete the display. Since the expression was that of "slipping out" from the pillar, we were able to mold it as a single piece from the back. In the CG, we meticulously crafted each small part, but in the end, more than half of the components ended up being buried within the "slipping out" form. There are many areas where we had the clay filled in, considering the molding before taking the 3D printed prototype and making a silicone mold. Thanks to the craftsmanship of actual production, we were able to compensate for parts that could not be achieved in CG, ideas we had not thought of, and aspects that were not visible. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

We were involved in the development of a large drone approximately 4 meters in length. Our profession typically requires us to focus on "how to make it as realistic as possible," but this time, real functionality was also required. It was necessary to make it as light and strong as possible, with the weight that could be lifted by four propellers determined, and we significantly reduced the surface area by making many holes in the body. Moreover, we were asked to finish it with a thickness of 0.8 mm, which led us to use an EPS female mold for shaping with carbon fiber. The challenge of how to increase strength using the hand lay-up method was resolved by utilizing CNF. On August 5, 2019, we successfully conducted a test flight at an NEC facility in Abiko, in front of an audience of over 200 people, and we were able to devise a transportation plan for subsequent exhibitions. A request was made to create a large, shining moon that would leave a lasting impression on customers visiting the store. At the time of the request, demolition work was underway, and they wanted it to be made at the maximum size that could fit through the second-floor window. While we had experience with smaller transparent FRP molds, this size was truly impressive. Initially, we considered adjusting the number of layers of glass fiber to express a mottled effect with colors similar to those of a real moon, and we began the sample production from there. The actual piece was recreated from data, and we focused on painting it as thinly and evenly as possible, incorporating actual lighting to achieve a beautiful finish without any unevenness. In the end, the client visited our company, and we made adjustments right in front of them, resulting in their great satisfaction.
