"EAGLE" is a product designed to facilitate the easy and safe side gluing of cardboard cases. Dimensions can be input via a touch panel, and it is also possible to store repeat product specifications. After gluing, the cases undergo a right-angle correction (some deformed cases can also be accommodated). The "Multi Slotter MS-1600" accommodates small lot orders starting from just one case. It is a fully automatic slotter designed for small lots that can process in both vertical and horizontal directions simply by feeding the sheet. The "Rotary Punch mkII" is a dedicated auto set slitter for long sheets that detects the front and rear ends of the product using fiber sensors and allows processing without length restrictions. Product dimensions can be input via a touch panel, and once registered, the dimensions can be recalled by number (preset function). The "Auto Set Slitter" is an automatic positioning rotary slitter that anyone can easily operate, significantly reducing setup time compared to similar machines from other companies, thereby increasing profit margins.
