After chip mounting, wire bonding is performed, and resin selection and sealing are done according to the application. Our company is capable of integrated production from wafer dicing to testing and taping. It is sealed with silicone resin that has high heat resistance, cold resistance, and waterproof performance, making it suitable for various applications such as history management during freezing and refrigeration. Additionally, its flexible material allows it to be attached to curved surfaces. The inlet is compatible with both HF and UHF frequencies, so you can choose according to your needs.
