This is a heat treatment furnace that loads workpieces onto a cart and heats them inside the furnace along with the cart. It can operate over a wide range from 400°C to over 900°C. By adopting a high-speed burner, it achieves a uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace through convective heating of the furnace atmosphere. This allows for the utilization of exhaust heat, enabling the construction of an energy-saving system that reduces fuel consumption.

This is a drying furnace that scatters workpieces after dip-spin coating on a mesh belt conveyor, sends them into the furnace, and performs processing. It is also possible to design a furnace with zones such as preheating, curing, and cooling zones. Additionally, by using a direct combustion deodorization device, it is possible to deodorize odors such as VOCs generated during processing. This is a batch furnace for electric heater drying after carbonizing the motor rotor in varnish. It uses an inner fan for hot air circulation and has a compact design.
