The "BJ-300, 400, 600" is a package-type gas burner developed for ovens as a large-capacity model. The air-gas control mechanism and ignition-detection mechanism are integrated into the main unit, resulting in a compact piping space. The TRF burner is an indirect heating burner that uses a single-end type heat transfer tube, heating through radiant heat. It has a compact installation in the furnace body and provides a uniform temperature distribution on the tube surface. 【Features of the TRF Burner】 ◇ Achieves high thermal efficiency through waste heat recovery with an integrated heat exchanger! ◇ The single-end tube has a double-layer structure of an outer and inner tube, allowing for compact installation in equipment. ◇ The tube surface temperature distribution is excellent, providing high power compared to electric heaters. ◇ It is a low NOx burner with stable combustion. ◇ The use of heat-resistant metal tubes allows for furnace temperatures up to 950°C. ◇ There is also an option for a ceramic tube for the outer tube. ◇ Installation can be done both horizontally and vertically. ◇ By attaching an ejector to the exhaust port, it is possible to create a negative pressure in the outer tube, preventing the outflow of combustion exhaust gases into the furnace even if there is wear on the outer tube. A regenerative burner with an indirect heating method that enables tube efficiency of over 80% (based on exhaust loss). The heat storage medium built into the burner uses a low-pressure loss ceramic porous body. The regenerative system typically alternates between a pair of two burners (regenerative burners) integrated with the heat storage medium, igniting them at intervals of several tens of seconds. When one burner is combusting, its exhaust is discharged through the heat storage medium of the other burner, and when that burner ignites next, the combustion air is preheated using the heat storage medium to recover exhaust heat. The STBW burner is a heat recovery type burner equipped with a heat exchanger that collects combustion exhaust gases from around the gas burner combustion tube. Compared to regenerative burners and external heat exchangers, the STBW burner maintains a low initial cost while contributing to a quick return on investment with a fuel-saving efficiency of approximately 30%. By incorporating a simple heat-resistant heat exchanger, it features a low-cost structure that is less prone to clogging.
