The proportional valve "SVP Series" is a control valve that linearly controls gas flow. The "Orifice Meter" is installed in the middle of the piping and easily measures the flow rate within the pipe by measuring the pressure (differential pressure) between two pressure measurement points. The installation involves threaded piping, but the main body has a bolted flange shape, allowing for the removal of the orifice plate. Switching gas types can also be accommodated by replacing the plate. **Structure of the Mixer** The Venturi mixer utilizes the negative pressure generated when air blown from the combustion blower passes through the nozzle inside the mixer to draw in and mix gas. Since the fuel gas is adjusted to atmospheric pressure by a zero governor, control of the gas line is unnecessary, and combustion can be controlled solely by the control of the combustion air line. The gas flow will increase or decrease in accordance with the air flow, allowing the air-fuel ratio to be maintained at a constant level. Even after removing the protective cap, the measurement hose can be attached without gas fluid escaping.
