Our company has provided reliable and accurate performance management to many users of denitrification systems, enabling continuous operation of units by minimizing the impact on GAH. As a method for accurately measuring low concentration NH3 at the outlet of the denitrification system, we have adopted a sampling method adapted to the environment at the outlet, which differs from JIS standards. We conduct NH3 sampling at the same point more than twice to prevent sampling errors and improve the accuracy of absolute measurements. Traditionally, equipment updates have been carried out based on recommendations from manufacturers' residual life assessments. However, with our high-precision residual life diagnostics, it is now possible to extend the timing of equipment updates and regular inspections. In the residual life assessment, we use a pre-established master curve to determine the life consumption rate from the values of damage parameters and evaluate the remaining life.
