"Polyphenon 70S" is a powder made by extracting tea leaves and adding a purification process to adjust the amounts of tea polyphenols and caffeine. Since it is composed of 100% tea-derived ingredients, no binder agents are used. It is also soluble in water and organic solvents (such as ethanol). It can be used as a food additive (such as antioxidants and manufacturing agents). Tea catechins have a high deodorizing effect, making them suitable for applications like imparting deodorizing effects to filters.
