■Manufacturing of Electromagnets, etc. We handle everything from the design and magnetic field calculations of electromagnets and coils used in a wide range of research and development themes such as material property research, accelerators, and animal experiments, to manufacturing and magnetic field measurement. We have a proven track record of numerous deliveries to research institutions, universities, and semiconductor-related companies. We provide a consistent service from design, magnetic field calculations, manufacturing, inspection, delivery, to after-sales service. ■Magnetic Field Analysis Software We have introduced OPERA 3D from Vector Field Ltd. (UK). We consider various angles, including previous calculation methods and actual measurement values, before proceeding to design and manufacturing. ■Magnetic Field Measurement Equipment We have developed an automatic magnetic field measurement device using LabVIEW from National Instruments. In addition to measuring the magnetic field distribution at currents suited to the product, it is also capable of measuring current-magnetic field gradients and mapping at excitation currents. Measurement results are provided in Excel or text file format.
