We would like to introduce Asahi Reitex's "Adhesive Processing." In this process, adhesive is sprayed onto the rubber, and a jersey is layered on top, which is then bonded together using heat and pressure from a drum. The adhesive used is an emulsified version of the same material as chloroprene rubber. We pursue heat resistance, durability, and high performance. Additionally, we aim to reduce the stiffness caused by adhesion and enhance the bonding strength. 【Processing Steps】 1. Spray adhesive onto the rubber and layer the jersey on top. 2. • Processing Contract

We would like to introduce Asahi Reitex's "slicing process." When the rubber thickness is 3mm or more, it can be sliced in increments of 0.5mm from 1mm to about 15mm. When the rubber thickness is 3mm or less, we first bond the jersey and rubber together to create a sheet, then cut the excess jersey part along with the rubber before processing. As a result, it becomes slightly smaller than the standard size, and in the case of 1mm, it will be cut twice, making it about two sizes smaller. 【Processing Steps】 <For rubber thickness of 3mm or less> 1. Bond the jersey to the rubber before slicing. 2. Cut the excess jersey part along with the rubber. 3. • Processing Contract

Our company mainly sells sponge rubber for wetsuits. In our factory, we perform slicing and laminating processes. In the slicing process, for example, we can slice a rubber sheet measuring 2m x 1m with a thickness of 18mm into thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 18mm in increments of 0.5mm.
