We handle the "MCA3200 series" which uses the ADC3200 for AD conversion. It is an ideal MCA that achieves true MCA with 8K channels and a differential non-linearity of 1%, requiring the ADC resolution to be below 12μV. We offer the MCA2200 series, the successor models to the 2100C/MCA and MCA600, which use the ADC2318 for AD conversion. The AD converter used meets the conditions for fitting into a single channel with a pulser, similar to the Wilkinson method, while also achieving ADC differential non-linearity in an analog manner. The "X-5000 Series" is a highly reliable X-ray generator with all major components made in Japan. As an X-ray generator using filament heating, it is remarkably compact. It can be precisely set in 5kV increments from 5kV to 50kV. The X-ray tube current is monitored by a precision I/F converter that constantly checks the filament current against the tube current setting, achieving high accuracy and long-term stability through full digital servo control.
