● "A user-friendly machining shop" What we excel at is machining related to adjustments and fitting with other parts. In particular, we specialize in fitting for "interference parts" that require high roundness. We can handle strict dimensional tolerances specified in drawings, as well as fine machining and adjustments that cannot be expressed in the drawings. ● "Quality oversight possible because we are a small town factory" Our company has five employees, including executives. The president, who is also the owner, has an environment where they can grasp and manage everything within the company. Naturally, the president is always keeping an eye on the factory. Not only in setup changes and inspections, but also in jig production, daily tasks and improvements are led by the president. ● "We can handle a variety of materials" We can work with a diverse range of materials, including not only ordinary steel but also carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, cast iron, and various resins such as acrylic.
