Mitsuoka Manufacturing Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of models, casting products, machining, and heat treatment for ships, water supply and drainage equipment, and industrial machinery products. We promote a consistent production system for casting products, responding to customer requests with our motto of low cost, high quality, and short delivery times. In addition, to accommodate small-batch production of various types, we operate flexibly from one piece to several hundred pieces, equipped with various inspection devices, establishing a reliable system that customers can trust regarding materials and quality. We are also engaged in the production of prototypes and small lot products using 3D sand molds, and we can deliver products within approximately three weeks from 2D drawings or 3D data.
