This time, we conducted a mixer replacement project during the Golden Week, and I would like to introduce it. The customer is a secondary product factory in Shiga Prefecture, and the mixer was replaced due to aging. The replacement model is the new DASH HYPER330 large mixer from Nikkou Co., Ltd., which has a capacity of 3.3m³. We would like to introduce a case of "new construction of powder mixing and shipping equipment" carried out for a company in Saitama Prefecture that manufactures and sells construction materials and other products. The mixing equipment measures several types of powder raw materials with a scale and mixes them in a mixer, and the mixed products are transported to the product tank via a bucket elevator and screw conveyor. The shipping equipment is set up to ship the products using a jet pack truck or a flexible container bag.
