Micron Kyushu Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the specialized technology of vacuum deposition since its establishment, accumulating technology and know-how while actively introducing new technologies such as clean rooms, UV drying equipment, and plasma polymerization devices. The clean room is managed at a rare "Class 10,000" level in the country. By performing coating and deposition in this clean room while controlling dust, we have achieved a reduction in defect rates and an improvement in quality.
