That's why companies like yours are using "Monodon." Would you like to build a unique personnel evaluation system tailored to your company's operations? Additionally, "Monodon" has features that support consulting companies. For companies that want to sell their personnel evaluation system as their own service, you can sell it as your unique cloud service and widely disseminate your evaluation know-how to your consulting clients. As of August 2022, we have released the new version "Monodon Ver6"! It includes significant enhancements to communication features, improvements to skill-related functions, and strengthened departmental permissions, making the system even more robust. In particular, the skill-related functions now include features that can be utilized for employee development, such as creating skill paths and approving skill acquisitions.
