Sanwa Gear, which originated from Nakaseisakusho founded in Osaka before the war, has continuously delivered products demanded by the times, such as dyeing sorting machines, paper-making machinery, and high-pressure valves for naval vessels, thanks to its technological prowess. Both custom and standard products are made with a commitment to purely domestic materials, with S45C and SUS304 available as round bars and forgings. An integrated manufacturing system is established to handle processes such as turning, gear cutting, machining, wire cutting, broaching, key seating, and drilling. By building a daily delivery network (in Osaka), the company aims to reduce lead times for the movement between processing factories, handovers to partner companies, and deliveries to customers.
