Our company, responsible for the foil business of the UACJ Group, was established on January 1, 2014, through the merger of Nippon Seihaku Co., Ltd. of the Furukawa Sky Group and Sumikei Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd. of the Sumitomo Light Metal Group. We will continue to uphold the management policy we set at the time of the merger: "to become a comprehensive foil manufacturer with a solid presence in the global market," and we will always respond positively to the rapidly changing global business environment. Under this basic policy, our company will leverage the synergies from the integration of the two companies to further enhance our technological development capabilities, production technology capabilities, on-site capabilities, sales capabilities, and quality and delivery responsiveness that we have cultivated so far.
