The Laevo exoskeleton is an assist suit designed to reduce the burden on the shoulders and lower back during forward-bending tasks in various fields such as manufacturing, transportation, and healthcare. It employs an "energy regeneration system" that utilizes the power stored when bending down to assist in lifting the body back up, allowing for natural movement in various actions. It does not require a battery, making it usable even in disaster situations! 【Usage Scenarios】 ◆ Transportation, warehouses, factory sites ◆ Medical and caregiving environments ◆ Agriculture, gardening, etc. 【Strengths of Laevo】 - Support for semi-squatting posture (provides immediate support when bending slightly forward, with maximum assistance at angles of 40° to 45° where support is needed) - Does not put strain on the shoulders and supports rotational tasks - Can be worn in about 10 seconds once accustomed - Strong support power from gas springs

- The reach-style forklift mats come in two lineups: one pedal and two pedals. - To prevent slipping at the feet when boarding the driver's seat or during operation, a non-slip material is used on the surface backing. - The two-pedal version has a smaller installation area, so additional adhesive tape is applied to the back to prevent shifting during pedal operation. - When dirty, they can be washed off with water (please do not soak in water). ■ What is Exgel? Exgel (EXGEL(R)) has the flexibility to stretch up to about 20 times its original shape and the elasticity to absorb more than 10 times the impact of conventional polyurethane foam. Additionally, Exgel conforms to body movements, which helps reduce strain.

- The high pressure dispersion properties of Exgel reduce pain when sitting, allowing you to concentrate on your work. - You can move while wearing it. - Although it has a thin structure, it is designed to be less likely to bottom out due to the use of Exgel. ■ What is Exgel? Exgel (EXGEL(R)) has the flexibility to stretch up to about 20 times its original size and the elasticity to absorb more than 10 times the impact of regular polyurethane foam. Additionally, Exgel conforms to the body's movements, which helps reduce strain.

- The pressure-relief mat, born from wheelchair cushions, continues to protect those who ride by reducing the burden on the buttocks. - It is made with a soft design that alleviates pressure on the buttocks during long periods of sitting. ■ What is Exgel? Exgel (EXGEL(R)) has the flexibility to stretch up to about 20 times its original size while returning to its original shape, and it has more than 10 times the shock absorption of conventional polyurethane foam. Additionally, Exgel conforms to the body's movements, which also helps reduce pressure.

- The high shock absorption and lack of bottoming out of EXGEL reduce the strain on the knees during tasks that require kneeling. - Even when moving while kneeling, EXGEL follows the body's movements, preventing pain in the knees and skin. - Its structure does not constrict the knees, allowing for use without strain. - The knee area, which is prone to wear, can be replaced. ■ What is EXGEL? EXGEL (EXGEL(R)) has the flexibility to stretch up to about 20 times its original size and the elasticity to absorb more than 10 times the shock of typical polyurethane foam. Additionally, EXGEL conforms to the body's movements, contributing to reduced strain.

The "Raybo Exoskeleton" is a power assist suit that weighs approximately 2.8 kg and is designed to fit the skeletal structure, reducing the burden on the body. It features an "energy regeneration system" that utilizes the stored energy when bending down to assist in lifting the body back up, eliminating the need for batteries or power sources while providing stable assistance. In tests and verifications, results have shown a "40-50% reduction in the burden on the shoulders and lower back during lifting and bending tasks" and a "20% increase in productivity during harvesting operations." 【Features】 ■ Can be worn in just 30 seconds ■ Produced in Europe and shipped after maintenance in Japan. Maintenance is also handled domestically. ■ Verification on-site is possible from the planning stage, avoiding mismatches after implementation. ■ Easy-to-understand video data for the wearing procedure is available. ■ Widely adopted in domestic automobile manufacturing plants, nursing facilities, beverage and food factories, as well as in transportation, construction, and agriculture. *An online seminar will be held on September 14 (Wednesday) and September 15 (Thursday). *If you wish to rent a demo unit, please apply through the "Contact Us" section.

By appropriately setting the hardness of the mat according to the load values and variations on the soles of the feet when the operator is standing, we achieve excellent stability, dispersion, and shock absorption. This reduces the load difference by approximately 70-75% compared to direct contact with the floor. ■ What is Exgel?
