We are a manufacturer of rigid polyurethane foam processing. We procure raw materials from manufacturers and process them into various sizes for shipment. Additionally, we handle materials such as flexible polyurethane, expanded polystyrene, polyethylene, chemical wood, epoxy resin, and polyester resin. We also utilize the 5-axis NC processing machine from Heian Corporation to process various shapes. CAD: CADmeister CAM: hyperMILL [We also accept various processing requests] We can assist with everything from material procurement to product delivery, including NC cutting, vacuum casting, vacuum forming, and powder molding (3D printing). We also accept requests for 3D data production through scanning and FRP molding.
