The EC-55 is a welding wire designed for general repairs and the repair of all aluminum alloys. It uses a special package of chemicals that provides low melting points and excellent fluidity. It offers excellent shear strength and tensile strength in any welding condition. The EC-77 is a brazing wire suitable for joint connections, particularly for body panels, with excellent machinability and reduced heat impact, capable of welding at a thickness of 0.8mm. It minimizes melting during welding and demonstrates excellent weldability even for thin sheets from 0.4mm (depending on the welding machine). Furthermore, it flows to the surface without burning off the zinc, enhancing the corrosion resistance of the welded area. The "EC-YGW16" is a solid wire for mixed gas welding of mild steel and 490MPa class high-strength steel. The EC-110 is a wire developed for new high-strength materials, such as T-1 steel, compatible with 0.8mm ultra-high-strength steel plates. It is suitable for welding high-strength frames of automobiles made from steel, zinc-coated steel, carbon alloy steel, T1 steel, and more. The welded metal can be heat-treated, allowing it to achieve the same properties as the base material after welding. Our "EC300" is a semi-automatic welding wire compatible with ultra-high-strength steel plates. The function of the added elements suppresses organizational changes, allowing for safe welding of most steel materials used in automotive bodies (those with a carbon content of less than 2%). Additionally, the melting point of the material is approximately 250°C lower than that of conventional mild steel wires, resulting in high wettability and ease of welding. 【Features】 ■ The welding metal achieves a high hardness of about 890 MPa immediately after welding (about twice that of mild steel wire) and up to about 1100 MPa after self-hardening. ■ The work hardening characteristics of the welding metal provide excellent fatigue strength properties. ■ With chromium making up over 30% of the alloy components, high corrosion resistance is achieved. ■ It can be used with low voltage and current, localizing the molten area and minimizing the occurrence of the heat-affected zone (HAZ). *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
