Heiwa Electric Co., Ltd. has been engaged in harness manufacturing for over 30 years, including material procurement and special harnesses. We have a production system that accommodates small-batch production, allowing us to manufacture even from a single piece. We have a large stock of cables, lead wires, crimp terminals, and connectors, enabling us to support small-scale production and deliver in as little as three days. We have a proven track record in various industrial equipment such as distribution boards and control devices, as well as in fields like machine tools. We can also handle wiring for equipment routing, and we offer additional services such as shrink tube processing, marking tube installation, spiral tube and vinyl tube application, and label wrapping. We manufacture our own checkers for continuity testing and conduct inspections through visual and tactile methods, ensuring stable quality.

• Harness

At Heiwa Electric Co., Ltd., we focus on the assembly of electronic circuits for industrial equipment, and we also assemble printed circuit boards for communication devices, office automation equipment, consumer electronics, and medical devices. We have adopted an in-house soldering skill certification system, categorizing into four ranks, and only qualified personnel perform the work, ensuring stable quality. Furthermore, we encourage obtaining external qualifications (such as micro soldering) and provide in-house training to continuously maintain and improve skills. Similar to our SMT assembly line, we also support N2 during discrete component assembly. The introduction of point soldering equipment ensures quality stability, and we can also create processing jigs in-house.
