When combined with Eco Material A1, which is compatible with gypsum and allows for adjustment of viscosity and setting speed, it becomes thin, strong, and resistant to deterioration, making it suitable for outdoor installation. The fibers are temporarily secured to prevent them from coming apart, but when needed, they can be concentrated in areas requiring strength to increase density. Basalt fiber is made from basalt rock, a 100% natural material. With a size of over 9 microns, it does not float in the air and does not accumulate in the body if inhaled. The sheet has a soft texture similar to that of a vinyl cord and can be cut with scissors. The entire sheet is temporarily stitched with white thread to prevent it from coming apart, but it can be pulled apart easily. It is gaining attention as a 100% natural material as a substitute for fiberglass, eliminating concerns about fine fibers floating in the air that could enter the eyes or cause health issues from inhalation, allowing for safe long-term work. Additionally, there are meshes for cement and asphalt suitable for use in columns, hedges, and roads, as well as chopped options. "Eco Material A1" is a material made from natural minerals, combining original gypsum and water-based acrylic resin, which hardens and is considerate of the Earth and people. When mixed, it becomes hard and strong, with a smooth surface that can express and reproduce delicate details, and it can be used outdoors in places exposed to rain and sunlight. When the dedicated liquid and powder are mixed, it solidifies in one hour, and there are dedicated solidifying accelerators, retardants, and additives that enhance the clay, improving work efficiency.
