トーヘン Product Lineup

The "VM type" is a continuously variable transmission designed so that the belt operates in an ideal state at any gear position, with the pulleys engineered accordingly. Additionally, the belt uses a dedicated belt from Sansei-Tokyo Gear, which has a high coefficient of friction and excellent flexibility. These two factors result in an efficiency of 85-95%, and the lifespan of the belt is exceptionally long. Furthermore, while slight changes in the gear ratio may occur due to minor overloads or prolonged use (changes within 3% between no load and just before idling), slipping does not happen. 【Features】 ■ Easy installation ■ Designed to match E-type motors ■ Simple maintenance ■ Cost-effective ■ Practical design that omits cases and other unnecessary components *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
