Our company will hold a seminar on the "Machida City Monorail Line Urban Development Concept" in Tokyo. The extension of the Tama City Monorail towards Machida has been recognized as a "significant project" in the recommendations of the National Transportation Policy Council, and the extension route has been selected by a committee of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Moving forward, urban development in the areas along the monorail line is required to ensure stable business viability for the monorail project. The "Monorail Line Urban Development Concept" introduced today has been developed through collaboration between Machida City and Tama City, which are both along the same line. This concept aims to promote urban development in the areas along the line and address challenges, working towards the vision of the cities that Tama City and Machida City aspire to achieve.
