Founded in Kobe in 1994, we are a specialty trading company focused on chemical products, primarily engaged in Japan-China trade. We provide products to the pharmaceutical, quasi-drug, cosmetics, electronic materials, and functional materials industries through contract manufacturing utilizing our own R&D in China and acting as an agent for promising companies. Additionally, in pursuit of achieving the SDGs by 2030, we have been engaged in the sales of "polylactic acid (PLA)," which possesses both biomass plastic and biodegradable plastic functions, as the exclusive domestic agent for Zhejiang Hisun Biomaterials in China since 2006. Business Activities
■Contract Manufacturing Business We engage in contract manufacturing of chemicals that support our daily lives. Based on customer requests, we conduct research and development at our own R&D facility in China. After technology transfer and scale-up to partner factories, we carry out commercial production and provide chemicals to domestic customers. Our products range from pharmaceutical raw materials to functional materials and electronic materials, and we supply chemicals in compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements. ■Chemical Trading Business We handle the import and export of a wide range of chemicals manufactured in China and Japan, capable of managing hazardous materials to toxic substances according to customer needs. ■Polylactic Acid Sales Business Polylactic Acid (PLA) is a biomass plastic derived from plants and is also a biodegradable plastic. In line with our roadmap for the introduction of bioplastics, we are committed to achieving the SDGs by 2030. We not only sell polylactic acid but also engage in sales activities of final products utilizing polylactic acid and various awareness-raising activities, contributing to the establishment of a decarbonized society and the resolution of marine plastic issues.
