【VMCX Steel】 Our developed material VMCX (NiCrMoV steel) ensures uniform hardness even in the center of large materials due to its high hardenability, making it suitable for extremely thick products over 1,000mm, such as molds for giga casting (main molds). Additionally, its excellent strength and toughness allow for thinner and smaller molds, while also promising a longer lifespan. As a pre-hardened steel that does not require tempering heat treatment after machining, it is expected to reduce mold manufacturing costs. 【Improved P20 Steel】 Improved P20 steel has better internal homogeneity and machinability than P20 steel due to unique compositional enhancements, and it has a long history of being manufactured and supplied as a material for plastic molding molds since the 1980s. Clad steel plates with such combinations are often used in equipment that requires both heat resistance and corrosion resistance, such as kilns for powder sintering and dryers for drying. **Advantages of Clad Steel Plates with Stainless Steel + High Alloy Steel** - **Economy**: By reducing the amount of relatively expensive high alloy steel and using stainless steel as the base material, we can lower material costs compared to steel plates made solely of high alloy steel. - **Improved Steel Plate Strength**: If there are concerns about the strength of high alloy steel, using materials like stainless steel for the base can enhance material strength. - **Wide Width Capability**: It can be difficult to obtain wide steel plates made solely of high alloy steel.
